Sport and dance have always been a major part of my life.
Studying from a young age at the Royal Ballet School in London laid the foundations for both my dancing and physiotherapy career. I trained in all dance forms as well as Pilates and sports conditioning.
After dancing professionally for over 10 years and working with many different physical trainers and physiotherapists, I
decided to train as a professional therapist.
I graduated from the LMU university in Munich and since then have worked for over 14 years in various
rehabilitation centres in the local area, gaining vast experience in all kinds of orthopedic, sport and neurological fields . I have treated patients after spinal injuries or operations,
endoprosthetic operations such as knee, hip or shoulder replacements, as well as helping patients who have suffered a stroke, or with Parkison’s disease or mutliple sclerosis. I can also help
with pelvic floor problems and sport injuries.
I believe training your body correctly not only prevents injury but improves strength, flexibility and overall well being.
